Fast Lane goes above and beyond with customer service and knowledge. Mason is a fantastic mechanic and really knows his stuff (pretty nice on the eyes too). I have had an excellent experience here on more than one occasion and his employees offer the same 5 star service. Additionally, the shop is in a great location. Very easy to find, clean, and well kept. I would recommend Mason and his team to anyone seeking automotive repair and I would not hesitate to take my car here again!

6 check-ins Everyone's ambition is to discover an automotive shop that is trustworthy and reliable. My exploration to find such a place had directed me to Fast Lane European. As a new owner of a BMW M3, I had to be confident and convinced that I find a shop that took a considerable amount of care for my vehicle. Immediately, Mason and his team at Fast Lane European had won me over with an immense knowledge of BMWs, incredible customer service, and exquisite workmanship. Mason is not the stereotypical auto shop owner who will suggest impractical repairs and charge you an arm and a leg to get it done. Every visit I've had, Mason has walked me through what needs to be worked on, what they're going to do to fix the repair, and why it's going to cost the price he throws at me. There were even a few times he had snapped a few pictures during the process of work to display the repairs I couldn't visibly see or understand to let me know that he wasn't just trying to steal my money. And I did not even ask for him to do such a thing. I will be the first person to admit that the prices here are never going to be reasonable for me. A car so particular such as a BMW M3 needs to be taken care of at a much higher level than your average vehicle and I've accepted to pay such costs. However, at least I know that Mason and his crew are trustworthy and reliable. I've finally found a shop that I have been searching for.

They're overpriced and dishonest about the repairs that needs to be done. There much better shops out there for repairing your BMW!!!!

[email protected] fast lane worked on my BMW's suspension. Workmanship is fine, no complaints. However, his prices is about the same as BMW dealerships. The worst part is he told me that an alignment will be done by BMW on Stevens Creek (BMW charges 249.99) He charged me $199.99. As it turns out he took my M5 to Wheel Works next door, where they charged him 69.99 (retail 99.99) and in turn lies to me and makes a quick 130.00. Its unfortunate, i really thought he was a stand up guy, but it appears this type of behavior is the norm in the automotive repair business.

Mason and team set the standard for BMW service. Honesty and Integrity are the operative words. Couple that with outstanding technical competence.

Don't bring them older BMWs.. they're not equipped with the knowledge for them, but they' will definitely try for you!

Knowledgeable, thorough, up front and honest are not qualities usually found in an automotive mechanic. Mason is all of the above and more. Our 05 Volvo XC 70 was in sad shape. Mason brought her back to life and then some. His attention to detail is wonderful. I was not expecting the car to be detailed upon return and her headlights buffed out. Very very pleased with the quality of work and service.

I had my 1st BMW service here as my 2009 328i is out of free maintenance at the dealership. I was very pleased with the service, communication and overall experience. They even had my car washed. Highly recommended.

I don't write too many reviews, but I had to do one for Mason of Fast Lane European. I brought my car in for a 2nd opinion of a coolant service "recommended" by the dealer which I thought was strange since we have low mileage on a 10+ year old car. After checking the car out, fixing the trunk's vanity light, and replacing the blades of the windshield wipers, I was shocked to pay only for the blades. I wished I had found them sooner. One thing to note about Mason is that despite being the owner of the shop, he gets his hands dirty like the rest of his staff; it's hard these days to see the owner do this. He's definitely very professional, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'll be using his services in the future. **Update 12/04/17 I took my car to Mike a few weeks back in and am again amazed at Mason's courtesy, professionalism, experience and knowledge. He not only took the time and effort to clean rat droppings, but fixed chewed insulation and leaking rear differentials. Car felt like new when I got it. Thanks Mason and Mike!

I looked around at a handful of places (independent shops) that could work on my MINI. Last time I took it to the MINI dealership and felt like It was a bit more on the asking price then I thought. So I decided to go with a independent shop instead this time some repairs. I found FLE by searching MINI in the reviews on Yelp. Sure enough he worked on one MINI before in the reviews and I thought he might of with only working with BMW and Volvos. Send over an email as it was during christmas week and he got back to me right away quickly saying he could get my MINI in on the following week. Took it in and he was able to tell me what the problem was with my coolant leak and even found more things wrong with the car then the MINI guys told me about, which I thought was great (but not so great on the end of paying more for fixes). All in all Mason did a great job on the fixes and was very helpful in telling me why he wanted to fix more things with the MINI. He was very up front and honest about fixes and was able to get me back in working shape the very next day. Replaced everything with genuine MINI parts right from the dealer and even was going to wash the car if it didn't end up raining that day. I would recommend Fast Lane European to anyone with a BMW, Volvo, or even a MINI if you need some work done on your car. PS: Mason even stopped by mine and my wife's other car as we were done with our business as we had a little fender bender on the way over and suggested some help and tips on fixing up our front bumper. It was very thoughtful of him to do so and showed that he was a great guy.
