This shop is top notch. Very professional. I am servicing my 11 year old bmw to make it to 200K and fast lane have been excellent. Everything you expect from quality shop, polite, knowledgeable, good communicators, and repairs done by the book with no cutting corners. I highly recommend.

We have been going to Fast Lane European for years and once again, we had an emergency with my Mom's V50 wagon not starting. I called towards the end of the day in a panic and the team said no problem. No matter how busy they are they provide priority service and made it so easy for us. Similarly we expected a huge bill and the team provided reasonable and timely options to get the car back and running. We are always impressed by the level of service we receive and we never feel ripped off. These guys are great!

This is a great place for all your European cars maintenance needs. Here, Mason and his brother offer you quality and friendly customer service for relatively reasonable price. I have been a loyal customer since 2012 and I am so far happy with their job on my 328xi BMW.

I recently moved out of San Francisco, so I needed a new mechanic for my 2009 BMW 328i. I am glad that I found Mason and his team at Fast Lane. My first visit was for a routine oil change. Set up an appointment, and my BMW was serviced in just a few hours. When I came to pick up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car was the beneficiary of an interior/exterior clean! On my second visit, I asked Mason to do a thorough check to see if he can find any extended warranty work as the warranty is approaching its expiration date. He detected an issue with the A/C and got the fix approved by the warranty company without a hitch. The A/C fix took a few days to fix, and it now works like new. Now that I work in the South Bay, it's great to have super cool A/C back in style. I am glad that I found Fast Lane, a place that I can trust to be fair and thorough. Had a great experience! Mike was very nice and friendly. Learned the value of a mechanic who specializes in my car vs someone from your typical garage chain. After my car was finished, i noticed a huge improvement in the performance. It had this extra power that wasn't there before. It drove like it was new, literally! Another service, another great experience. Mike and his team are trustworthy. They will discuss your options and will not push extra services unless it's truly necessary. Also, the parts are fair price compared to the other car repair shop that I use to go to. Thank you Mike and team, I truly appreciate your services. By the way, the engine, components looks and runs like it's brand new and it's a 2008 BMW!
